1. What if I want to purchase something but my address is not supported in the Shipping Options during checkout?

MeiVie.com ships worldwide, however, shipping costs can very for different regions and currently only the most common shipping regions have accurate shipping costs for our checkout. Please contact customer service and MeiVie.com can look into opening up your region for shipping!

2. What if I need to return something I've purchased from MeiVie.com?

3. When I make a purchase on MeiVie.com and enter my personal information is it saved on the website?

Basic customer information is recorded during the checkout process and saved depending on marketing options chosen during checkout. By entering basic information that is necessary to process and order you are not creating an account unless you choose to do so during the checkout process. 4. What happens if I purchase an item that is out of stock?

MeiVie.com will normally stop items from being sold when they are out of stock. However, from time to time MeiVie.com will allow items to be Pre-Purchased that have run out of stock with already scheduled incoming inventory. MeiVie.com will do our best to supply sufficient notification in the item listings that pre-purchases may apply. If you place an order for Pre-Purchase of an item you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to the item being shipped.
